We are searching for a dynamic, well organized, and positive technical van sales operative to join our team. The right candidate will have an excellent understanding and ideally experience in automotive tools sector. Putting our customers first is at the forefront of our everyday, so you will need to be customer focused, friendly and a team player.

Working for our Laser Tools brand, you will visit customers and demonstrate our tools from one of our custom made mobile showrooms - a pretty cool place to spend your working day! You will support customers and build on existing relationships, as well growing our customer base with new leads.

The right candidate will develop an expert knowledge of our products and become an outstanding advocate for our brand.

Job Role - What will you do?

The role involves:

• Set up and perform professional demonstrations of products, specialty tools, and custom tools from a mobile showroom.
• Organise, plan, and coordinate tool shows and exhibitions for customers.
• Deliver technical advice and support for key products.
• Provide excellent customer interaction and personalised support for different customer types.
• Effectively manage administration, customer documentation & sales reports, travel, and expense reports.
• Safeguard and regularly maintain mobile showroom inventory.
• Identify and solve problems, providing sound product advice to customers.
• Drive sales growth by visiting existing customers, taking orders, and demonstrating/selling new products.

The Person - What we are looking for

• Holds a valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Customer focused with ability to communicate effectively with all levels within an organisation and to work independently and within teams when required.
• Confident presenter with the ability to explain technical information, product features and benefits clearly.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with technology.
• Background in automotive trade, hand tools, or product demonstrations is an advantage but not essential.
• Ideal candidates will come from a tool, automotive or sales background, but we highly value enthusiasm, drive and positivity and would welcome applications from candidates with experience in other sectors with transferable skills.

The on target earning for this role is £35,000.00. We are happy to discuss salary expectations during the interview stage, tailoring the offer based on your skills and experience.
