We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the Messaging workstream of our Clients New Mobile Core (NMC) program. Preferable with Nokia, Enghouse or Mavenir experience

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a messaging platform integration - including SMSC, MMSC, VMS, EMS, and BRS components - working closely with Nokia, Enghouse, and internal teams.

This is a highly visible and critical role in a nationwide telecom transformation. You'll be part of a strong, cross-functional delivery team supported by Our Client "a Major Operator" and Nokia.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and drive the E2E delivery of the messaging solution across the NMC landscape
• Manage planning, execution, backlog refinement, and reporting for the messaging workstream
• Coordinate across multiple vendors and stakeholders (Nokia, Enghouse and internal teams)
• Ensure integration with CS/PS Core, IMS, and VAS systems is delivered on time and to spec
• Oversee test preparation, execution, migration, and Go-Live activities
• Secure formal sign-off of Go-Live readiness criteria and delivery milestones
• Prepare technical documentation, migration guidelines, and full operational handover packages
• Act as the primary point of contact for messaging delivery status, issues, and risks
• Support continuous delivery improvements via retrospectives and workstream agility

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Solution Delivery Manager in the telecom domain
• Strong knowledge of messaging infrastructure (SMSC, MMSC, VMS, etc.) and Value-Added Services (VAS)
• Background in working with key vendors such as Nokia, Enghouse, Mavenir, Ericsson, etc.
• Familiarity with messaging protocols like SMPP, MAP, SIP, Diameter, HTTP
• Comfortable working in hybrid delivery environments (traditional + agile/SAFe)
• Practical experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project
• Understanding of virtualized or cloud-native telecom environments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (Nordic languages are a plus but not required)
