Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and technically capable CRM Support Manager to join my Milton Keynes based client on a 6-month fixed-term contract. With flexible hybrid working of two office days a week, this role puts you at the centre of supporting and optimising business-critical systems.

If you're experienced in leading application support, comfortable managing a small team (of 2) and have solid expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide colleagues in using Dynamics 365.
  • Oversee ServiceNow tickets and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure business systems are used effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage change requests and work closely with the IT department.
  • Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintain up-to-date process maps and user guides.
