Technical Lead - AI & Data Platforms

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)

Contract: 6 months Rate: €425 - €475 per day

A leading international group is scaling its AI & Data Platforms team and is seeking a Technical Lead to shape architecture and guide delivery across complex, high-impact projects. This role combines deep technical leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast-moving, cloud-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native applications on AWS
• Establish and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and DevSecOps processes
• Mentor and guide engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align on goals and execution

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership capacity, preferably within AI or data-centric environments
• In-depth expertise with AWS, Terraform, and modern CI/CD tooling
• Strong understanding of secure software development, automated testing, and agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, monitoring/observability tools, and enterprise security practices
• Experience working in regulated environments or building large-scale distributed systems
