Job Overview

Are you a managerial candidate with experience in Land Rights, seeking a prestigious and senior position within a large, national utilities infrastructure organisation?

You might come from backgrounds such as legal, property development, renewable energy, utilities, or surveying, especially involving land rights. The key attribute is strong line and change management skills, as you will lead a team of 16 staff.

The role is based at the client's head office, known for professionalism and a great working environment. Training and progression opportunities are available.

The Role
  1. Full-time, permanent position with some remote work options.
  2. Managing a team of 16 in the land rights division, leading change management of land rights processes.
  3. The team facilitates land rights consents for energy assets, liaising with solicitors, developers, and internal staff.
The Person
  1. Experience in an industry related to land rights, such as legal, utilities, property development, renewable energy, or surveying.
  2. Proven experience in team management and change management.
  3. A UK driving licence is strongly preferred due to location and travel requirements.
