We're Hiring: Global Brand Specialist - Skin Care

Location: Barcelona Full-time Hybrid (2 remote days/week)

Contract: Temporary (maternity cover)

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead the development of new product launches, support global campaigns, and collaborate with Global Brand Specialist cross-functional teams to bring our brand vision to life across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end development of new products, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and timelines.
• Deliver brand support materials in line with global strategies.
• Roll out promotional and go-to-market plans across relevant regions and channels.
• Monitor performance and analyse data to optimize launch effectiveness.
• Contribute to the digital editorial calendar and content strategy.
• Work with agencies to manage and develop content for brand websites.

Your Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's is a plus).
• 1-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in beauty/skincare.
• Solid understanding of brand strategy, market trends, and consumer insights.
• Experience with product launches and international campaigns.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
