Overview

Our stores operate 7 days a week across Asda Express locations, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Team Leader you will play a key role in driving the success of your area, leading a team of colleagues to deliver excellent service and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage store efficiently, covering replenishment, checkouts, grocery, and fresh food areas.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, standards high, and customers satisfied.
• Support the team to meet targets, solve problems, and create a welcoming store environment.
• Use data and insight to make decisions and help the team grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Natural leader with experience in a busy retail setting.
• Confident in coaching and motivating others, with a hands on approach.
• Flexible, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges across different store formats.
• Comfortable using data and insight to inform decisions.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and pride in team success.
