Teach South Sussex is currently working in partnership with a variety of primary, secondary, and specialist schools across East Sussex to recruit enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Teaching Assistants.
Whether you have previous experience in a school setting or are looking to begin a rewarding career in education, we'd love to hear from you. While experience is beneficial, it is not essential-we welcome applicants who are passionate about supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils during lessons to help them engage with learning.
• Working one-to-one or with small groups to provide additional support.
• Assisting teachers with classroom preparation and daily learning activities.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
• Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and achieve their individual goals.
