Vetro are seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join our team on the Wirral. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support pupils aged 5-11 with complex needs within a nurturing and inclusive environment. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to deliver tailored support to children with diverse learning requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing support to pupils within the classroom and during small group or one-to-one sessions.
• Collaborating with teachers to implement effective learning strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Supporting pupils with personal care and promoting independence throughout the school day.
• Contributing to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• A strong desire to support and enhance children's learning experiences.
• Experience or interest in working with children with special educational needs, including autism, sensory processing disorders, and severe learning difficulties.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage pupils effectively.
• High levels of commitment, resilience, and adaptability to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
