Teaching Assistant

Milk Education are proud to be working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school in Chesterfield, who are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within a positive learning environment.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience)
• Providing 1:1 or small group support to enhance learning
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
• Encouraging pupil engagement and positive behaviour
• Supporting children with additional needs where required

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting
• Is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to making a difference
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Is flexible, reliable, and works well as part of a team
• Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
