Teaching Assistant

Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming primary school in the Cowbridge area that is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the school.

This role would be ideal for someone looking to gain classroom experience, start a career within education, or continue developing their skills working with children.

• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
• Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Helping children remain focused and engaged during lessons
• Providing encouragement and positive reinforcement
• Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation
• Supporting pupils both academically and socially throughout the school day

• Has a positive and patient approach
• Enjoys building relationships with children
• Can work effectively as part of a team
• Is reliable and professional
• Has a genuine interest in education and child development

• Weekly pay through PAYE
• Full-time school hours with weekends and evenings free
• Ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant
