We're looking for caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Bradford. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate, or someone with experience supporting children or young people, we'd love to hear from you.
The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers to support pupils' learning, build confidence, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging lessons
Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence and participation
Supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND where required
Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
Assisting with classroom preparation and learning resources
Upholding safeguarding procedures and school expectations at all times
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational, childcare, coaching or support setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, patient and proactive approach
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
