Teaching Assistant - KS1

Role Overview

Teaching Assistant position in KS1 and F1 classrooms at Bromborough, Wirral. Pay £95 per day, full-time term-time contract starting from March onwards.

Responsibilities

• Support KS1 and F1 classrooms alongside the teacher, managing daily routines and learning activities.
• Assist small groups of children with tasks and provide general classroom support.
• Modify behaviour by creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Handle 1:1 learning situations for struggling kids.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in KS1 and F1 classes, proactive and supportive attitude.
• Confidence working with children with different abilities, helping with group tasks and classroom routines.
• Strong communication, patience, and ability to follow the teacher's directions.
• Genuine passion for education and a flexible approach.
