The current Head of Mathematics has successfully developed a strong department comprising young, experienced, and Teach First teachers, alongside multiple Maths graduate Teaching Assistants who support attainment across KS3, KS4, and KS5.

This school has achieved impressive Progress 8 results and fosters a fun, creative learning environment for students.

Experienced Maths teachers may take on TLR roles such as KS3 & KS4 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibilities, and more.

Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs) will participate in the school's bespoke ECT induction program and collaborate with both young and experienced Maths teachers.

Job Description - Teacher of Maths

• Inspire and motivate students

• Salary: MPS1-UPS3 (£38,766 - £60,092) + TLR (depending on experience)

Person Specification - Teacher of Maths

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of obtaining it
• Strong academic background: Degree, A Levels, GCSEs
• Meeting the 8 Teaching Standards at a 'Good' or 'Outstanding' level
• Ability to work as part of a large Maths team
• Willingness to accept feedback
