Role Overview:

You'll work in a hybrid capacity, engaging in key stages of the acquisition process:

• Investment Analysis: Evaluate new opportunities, conduct company and sector research, and support investment decisions.
• Outreach: Arrange meetings with potential sellers, manage CRM follow-ups, and draft outreach emails.
• Due Diligence & Financial Modelling: Assist with detailed analyses and prepare materials for both internal and external audiences.
• Research & Market Insights: Investigate business models, market trends, and industry data to inform strategic choices.
• Portfolio Support: Contribute to value creation initiatives and track the performance of existing investments.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Current enrolment in their final year of studies or recent graduation with a degree in business, finance, economics, (business) engineering, or a related analytical field.
• A passion for entrepreneurship and a keen interest in corporate finance and private equity.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Impressive academic achievements and active involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Previous internship experience in a related field is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Dutch and/or French preferred.
• EU citizenship is preferred to simplify relocation logistics.
