Our children can start with us at 3 years old in our mixed Nursery and Early Years unit and continue their school journey at Mabe until they leave us in Year 6, aged 11. Job Description Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiencesthat engage, challenge and support all pupils.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, usingassessment information to inform teaching and learning.
• Create a positive learning environment that promoteshigh standards of achievement, behaviour and inclusion.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners,including pupils with SEND and those requiring additional challenge.
• Build positive partnerships with parents, carers andcolleagues to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.
• Contribute to curriculum development and the widerlife of the school.
• Participate fully in professional development, schoolevents and team collaboration.
• Uphold the school's values and fulfil the professionalduties set out in the Teachers' Standards.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children andyoung people
