Talent Development Advisor

We are seeking an organised and driven Talent Development Advisor to join a high performing Talent team within a leading international law firm. This is a permanent opportunity to play a key role in shaping talent management, development, and engagement across a global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders, the Talent team, and HR Business Partners to implement and review talent actions arising from core talent processes
• Support the delivery of key talent projects, working collaboratively across the wider Talent and HR teams
• Assist Learning & Development Managers with needs analysis, content creation, programme delivery, and evaluation
• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of talent processes and tools, including succession planning and talent mapping
• Help ensure a seamless and engaging learning experience across programmes and initiatives
• Develop and implement smaller-scale talent tools and processes that support broader strategic initiatives
• Drive engagement with talent initiatives across all levels of the organisation
• Build strong relationships across HR teams and regions, including regional L&D and Responsible Business teams

Key Skills

• Experience in Learning & Development or a broader Talent role within a corporate or professional services environment
• Exposure to performance management processes, career frameworks, and succession planning
• A collaborative, consultative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including data manipulation and insight generation
