Sales Compensation Consultant - Xactly

My client is currently looking for a contract Sales Compensation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy of commission calculations by maintaining and validating the integrity of sales data.
Facilitate training sessions for country admins and provide continuous education to existing team members on the commission structure and process.
Address and resolve inquiries from the sales team regarding commission calculations or payment discrepancies.
Troubleshoot and support errors in commission processing
Assist in documentation, testing, and training for new compensation programs or system updates
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
A minimum 2+ years of prior experience with Xactly Incent Platform
A minimum 4+ years of prior experience in commission administration or sales operation
Xactly platform development experience preferred
Global experience/ability to work across various regions.
Must be exceptionally detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across organizational levels and functions.
Able to work independently, multi-task, and maintain focus on the goals at hand
