Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mandarin Speaking, £38K, Computer Games, London)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist role in a Computer Software company based in London. This firm specialises in project-based services, but also provides strategically oriented advising, which organisations require in order to fulfil their long-term potential and goal. The firm is looking for a results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mandarin speaker) to work in our rapidly expanding UK office in a multicultural setting.

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment expertise in the tech/iGaming industry
• Extensive knowledge of social media and professional networks
• Full-cycle recruitment skills with a variety of interview tactics and evaluation methodologies
• Applicant Tracking System Expertise (ATSs)
• Communication abilities in both English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing
• Extensive experience executing Employer Branding initiatives
• Office Software Expertise
• Recruiting Taiwanese talent is possible
• It is extremely ideal to have a strong established tech/i-gaming candidate network
