YOUR ROLE AS TALENT ACQUISITION INTERN

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent across Europe. You'll work on real tasks that contribute directly to our hiring efforts and learn how to build a strong candidate experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the full recruitment process, from job postings to interview coordination
• Sourcing and screening candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and job boards
• Assisting in the creation of job descriptions and employer branding content
• Participating in recruitment marketing initiatives and events
• Helping improve and maintain our candidate database and tracking tools

WHO YOU ARE

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business, psychology, communication, or a related field
• You are fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You are organised, curious, and eager to learn
• You enjoy working in a team and taking initiative
• A first experience or interest in recruitment or HR is a strong asset
