Talent Acquisition Partner Intern

We are looking to incorporate a Talent Acquisition Partner Intern into our Human Resources team in Lisbon.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

As a Talent Acquisition Partner Intern, you will be part of the recruitment team and actively participate in selection processes, contributing to attracting and selecting the best talent for our technical and corporate areas.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and publishing attractive job offers aligned with business needs.
• Active and passive sourcing of technical talent across different platforms and professional networks.
• CV screening and conducting phone interviews with candidates.
• Supporting technical interviews alongside managers and specialized teams.
• Monitoring the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Assisting in Employer Branding projects and managing HR tools.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently finished, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Interest in recruitment and talent management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate level of English. Spanish is a plus.
