Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to support a unique and complex organisation. This high-impact, project-based role involves leading a comprehensive review of recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies in a fast-paced, safeguarding-led environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct a thorough review of end-to-end recruitment processes from attraction to onboarding.
• Focus on improving time-to-hire metrics while upholding stringent safeguarding standards.
• Analyse recruitment data to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Strengthen the employer brand and develop a more effective attraction strategy.
• Evaluate the use of channels, campaigns, and recruitment agencies.
• Engage with stakeholders across HR, leadership, and operations to gather insights and requirements.
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations and a 90-day action plan to enhance recruitment practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment strategy and employer branding.
• Background in complex or regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at a senior level.
• Capability to translate insights into practical, implementable solutions.
