Talent Acquisition & HR Officer - Hybrid, Fixed Term

Westcotts is seeking a Talent Acquisition and HR Officer on a fixed-term basis from September 2026 to January 2028. You'll join the People Team to attract, recruit and support a wide range of HR activities across Devon and Somerset. Hybrid working is available with occasional travel between offices.

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and support onboarding and HR admin while developing reporting across recruitment metrics.
