Talent Acquisition Administrator

Pay Rate:

  • Beeston: £19.46 PAYE / £25.08 Umbrella
  • London: £21.48 PAYE / £27.68 Umbrella

Location: Beeston or London (Farringdon)Working Pattern: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the officeContract: 1 Month Temporary Assignment

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Coordinator / Administrator with previous Talent Acquisition experience to join a busy and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who can confidently support a range of talent, workforce capability and project-related activities while managing multiple priorities.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, advanced Excel experience, and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience within HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or programme/project support environments is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update workforce data, trackers and registers
  • Support workforce capability and regulatory compliance programmes
  • Validate data, manage large Excel spreadsheets and produce reports
  • Raise and monitor purchase orders and invoices
  • Support project plans, action logs and programme administration activities
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules and stakeholder communications
  • Provide administrative support across Talent and workforce initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain records to a high standard
  • Support the delivery of key talent and workforce projects

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous Talent Acquisition experience is essential
  • Strong Excel skills with experience managing and analysing large datasets
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Previous experience within HR, Talent, Learning & Development, recruitment, or project/programme support
  • Experience raising and tracking purchase orders, invoices and project trackers
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administrative and coordination experience

Desirable

  • Experience supporting workforce capability or compliance programmes
  • Experience working within large corporate or public sector organisations
  • Knowledge of project administration and reporting processes
