Job Description

Regulated Activities System Project Manager - RWE department


TFS HealthScience is a leading global, mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service-capabilities, resourcing and functional service (FSP) solutions.

The Regulated Activities System Project Manager (PM) provides support in the management and improvement of systems supporting the Real World Evidence capability


Responsibilities


•Respond to internal customer inquiries if required escalate to IT team for resolving technical issues.

•Assist customers with troubleshooting to identify possible technical or process issues.

•Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.

•Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.

•Provide input to technical documentation and assist in creation of user guides.

•Translate process business requirements into system requirements.

•Maintenance of service mailbox.

•Maintain reviewer overview.


Requirements


BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN SCIENCE RELATED CAREERS (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, among others).

At least one year of experience working in Pharma company / healthcare consultancy.

Experience with Real-World Evidence is desired.

Experience with Sharepoint, Jira and AWS is a plus.

Experience with GxP IT systems and RWE databases desired.

Good communication and problem solving skills.

Strong analytical mindset to help identify and resolve technical issues.
