System Engineer mit Netzwerkerfahrung (Hardware und Software)

System Test Engineer/QA Specialist within a security-critical defense & technology environment based in Switzerland (Seebach ZH/remote flexibility).

In this role, you would be working on complex system solutions, focusing on structured testing, quality assurance, and the analysis and improvement of network and software components. You would collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and play a key role in ensuring system stability and performance.

Key details:

• Start: ASAP (by agreement)
• Duration: Until end of year, with potential extension
• Workload: 60-100%
• Location: Seebach ZH/Remote

Your profile:

• Experience in software testing or system engineering
• Strong skills in Python (test automation) and C# and/or C++
• Solid understanding of networking (routing, switching, IPv4/IPv6)
• Strong Linux knowledge
• Experience with tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, and virtualization

A background in security-critical environments or automated testing frameworks would be a strong advantage. Very good German skills are required.
