Project Lead - Engineering for a GMP manufacturing site in Visp, Switzerland (on-site).

German speaking - 60% workload

Key responsibilities:

• Lead small to mid-sized investment and engineering projects
• Process engineering calculations and plant optimisation
• Feasibility studies for new plants/rebuilds (cost, schedule, functionality)
• Support production changes and product launches
• Coordinate internal/external resources for project delivery
• Identify and implement process improvements

Key requirements:

• 3-10 years' experience in GMP manufacturing environment
• Degree in Mechanical, Process, Chemical or Bioengineering
• Strong technical project management experience
• Fluent German required + strong English
• Excellent leadership skills in Matrix organisations
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
• Strong business and financial understanding

Workload - 60%
Contract - 12 Months = extension
Onsite in Visps
Rate - to be discussed in line with your experience
