Job Description
Project Lead - Engineering for a GMP manufacturing site in Visp, Switzerland (on-site).
German speaking - 60% workload
Key responsibilities:
Workload - 60%
Contract - 12 Months = extension
Onsite in Visps
Rate - to be discussed in line with your experience

Key responsibilities:
- Lead small to mid-sized investment and engineering projects
- Process engineering calculations and plant optimisation
- Feasibility studies for new plants/rebuilds (cost, schedule, functionality)
- Support production changes and product launches
- Coordinate internal/external resources for project delivery
- Identify and implement process improvements
- 3-10 years' experience in GMP manufacturing environment
- Degree in Mechanical, Process, Chemical or Bioengineering
- Strong technical project management experience
- Fluent German required + strong English
- Excellent leadership skills in Matrix organisations
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
- Strong business and financial understanding
