What are we looking for

We're looking for a new colleague for our Milan office. You are not just an expert in sustainable mobility, transportation or logistics, but also structured, curious, and motivated to make things work. You'll play a key role in supporting and managing innovation projects, from idea to implementation.

You're not afraid of tools, deadlines, or complexity. You know how to manage time, tasks and tools efficiently. You are a fast learner, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You like building clarity where there is ambiguity and helping teams stay on track. You're confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally also familiar with tools like CMS (WordPress), SharePoint, Notion, or Power BI.

What will you be doing

You will integrated in a team

• Support the implementation of European and international mobility and innovation projects
• Coordinate tasks, timelines and outputs within the project teams
• Create clear, well-designed deliverables: reports, presentations, project documents
• Contribute technical support: from managing small databases or dashboards to maintaining websites or digital tools
• Assist in drafting proposals and project reports with excellent structure and clarity
• Represent LuxMobility in meetings with project partners and clients

Ideally you bring

A university degree (e.g. engineering, geography, transport/mobility, business, or similar)

2-5 years of experience in a professional environment

A proactive, organised and reliable working style

You speak English fluently

Interest in sustainability, mobility, and digital innovation
