Job Title: Sustainability Consultant

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Thermal Modelling using IES or Rhino to assess the energy use, overheating risk, and daylight.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations such as Part L, Part O, CIBSE TM52, TM54, TM59, and NABERS.
• Conduct BREEAM assessments across New Construction, In-Use, Fit out & Retrofit and provide expert guidance on compliance.
• Embodied carbon analysis and reporting, using LCA methodologies to suport NetZero.
• Advise on energy performance and SAP calculations for building efficiency.
• Collaborate with the borader MEP team to deliver diverse, large scale projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ Years Experience within a Consultancy within the construction industry.
• Perford Energy Modelling compliant with Part L, Part O, CIBSE TM52, TM54, TM59.
• Expertise in BREEAM, with a strong track record in conducting assessments.
• Proficiency in embodied carbon analysis, LCA methodologies and NZCBS.
• Solid understanding of energy performance, SAP and NABERS.
