Job Description
Job Title: Sustainability Consultant
Location: Swindon
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000
Key Responsibilities:- Thermal Modelling using IES or Rhino to assess the energy use, overheating risk, and daylight.
- Knowledge of Building Regulations such as Part L, Part O, CIBSE TM52, TM54, TM59, and NABERS.
- Conduct BREEAM assessments across New Construction, In-Use, Fit out & Retrofit and provide expert guidance on compliance.
- Embodied carbon analysis and reporting, using LCA methodologies to suport NetZero.
- Advise on energy performance and SAP calculations for building efficiency.
- Collaborate with the borader MEP team to deliver diverse, large scale projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.
- 4+ Years Experience within a Consultancy within the construction industry.
- Perford Energy Modelling compliant with Part L, Part O, CIBSE TM52, TM54, TM59.
- Expertise in BREEAM, with a strong track record in conducting assessments.
- Proficiency in embodied carbon analysis, LCA methodologies and NZCBS.
- Solid understanding of energy performance, SAP and NABERS.
