What you'll be doing:- Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Maintaining positive classroom routines.
- Managing behaviour effectively.
- Ensuring continuity of learning during staff absence.
- Following safeguarding and school policies.
- Building strong working relationships with students and staff.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working within secondary schools.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- A professional and positive attitude.
