Responsibilities

As a member of the Strategy & Analytics team for Global E-Commerce, you will analyze industry trends, set business targets, and review performance in the UK and Europe. You will focus on key metrics, conduct deep dives, and perform overall analysis of TikTok Shop EMEA's logistics and supply chain function.

• Deploy a data driven approach to assess the strategic and financial health of e commerce logistics, evaluate performance, benchmark competition, and conduct comprehensive assessments to produce thorough strategic plans and recommendations.
• Analyze and draw conclusions from diverse data sets and understand how to brief and work with specialists to solve complicated problems.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA degree.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to develop leading edge business models and strategies.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus amongst cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Past work experience in consulting, private equity or corporate strategy.
• Past work experience in consumer, e commerce and logistics.
