Position: Supply Chain Quality Manager
Pay rate: £37.02 p/h inside IR35.
Location: Bristol
Role Type: Contract until 28/04/2026 with extension possibility
Position: Hybrid role
iO Associates is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Manager for the Filton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time, high-quality part deliveries across Final Assembly Lines (FALs) and production plants.
- Partner with suppliers to drive continuous development and performance improvement.
- Ensure supplier and product compliance with all relevant regulatory and program requirements, representing the Supply Chain perspective within multifunctional teams (MFTs).
- Adapt to a dynamic environment by managing evolving tasks and engaging with diverse external partners and manufacturing technologies.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of industrial processes and operations
- Keen interest in supply chain management and quality assurance topics
- Knowledge of PPS (Practical Problem Solving) methodologies such as 8D / 9S, Ishikawa, 5Why, etc.
