Job Description
LHH is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager for an international client in the industrial sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about human resources, with a strategic mindset and the ability to implement HR processes that foster a positive and high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire employee life cycle: including workforce planning, recruitment, employee development, training, and providing advice on all HR-related issues.
- Design, implement, and oversee HR policies, programs, and procedures in alignment with company goals and international HR guidelines.
- Provide strategic support to managers and employees on all HR matters, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and internal policies, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and remuneration management.
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment software.
- Oversee the compensation and benefits process, collaborating with external payroll providers to implement salary adjustments and manage benefits programs.
- Foster a positive company culture by supporting employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
- Support international assignments and manage HR-related processes for employees across various regions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5-8 years of experience in a professional HR department, preferably with experience in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Spanish labor law and proven ability to navigate complex HR issues.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage HR reports and analytics.
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and provide strategic advice.
- Experience managing recruitment, employee development, performance management, and overseeing HR programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to HR.
