Location: Shirebrook Headquarters (Hybrid - min. 3 days on-site)
Contract: 12 months (possible extension)

This is a *UK* based role with an excellent immediate start within the Global Sports and Leisure brand working on *driving supply chain efficiency, operational performance, and profitable growth*.
Experience in Supply chain/Logistics/Leisure/Environment/Construction is preferred.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to support their strategic retail partner across EMEA. Based in Shirebrook (easily commutable from Sheffield, Ilkeston, Matlock, Belper, Mansfield, Worksop, Bolsover, Chesterfield, Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, Ilkeston, Matlock, Belper, Buxton), you'll help drive supply chain efficiency, operational performance, and profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain operations and service delivery with internal and external teams.

• Coordinate seasonal order management, shipping, and delivery activities.

• Influence and align stakeholders in a Matrix environment to achieve operational goals.

• Support transformation initiatives and deliver on KPIs, including service and profitability.

Who You Are

• 5+ years in supply chain/logistics, preferably in retail partnerships.

• Skilled at managing stakeholders and driving cross-team collaboration.

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational excellence.

• Proactive and adaptable with experience leading process improvements.
