To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: Job Description: Responsible for the daily operations of the Supervisor Slice (Pizza Outlet), including maintenance and cleanliness of the food preparation area. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED as well as a minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in the food and beverage area, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Must have proven track record in a high volume capacity, preferably supervisory position, business management, purchasing and record keeping. Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Must possess basic mathematical skills which include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, specific to position responsibilities. Knowledge or acquired knowledge of computer and software applications, proficient in Excel and Word. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and talk or hear. The employee is required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception. WORK ENVIRONMENT: May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
