Job Description
Overview

SEI Investments is a global provider of asset management and investment technology solutions. Responsibilities
  • Ensure the Fund NAV review is accurate and delivered on a timely basis.
  • Review expense schedules, income calculations, capital activity calculations, and fund fee calculations.
  • Maintain and follow established controls during the NAV production cycle.
  • Participate in and lead preparation and readiness for new fund launches within the team.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients on fund accounting matters related to NAV production.
  • Build strong relationships within the team and with clients through proactive query management and problem resolution.
  • Engage with SEI teams and third party stakeholders in the NAV production cycle.
  • Develop product knowledge through exposure to complex fund structures and financial instruments.
  • Supervise, train, coach, and mentor analysts on core tasks, systems processing/reporting and procedures.
  • Participate in department initiatives and group projects as appropriate.
  • Provide input and feedback regarding employee performance and development / appraisals.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in fund operations, with experience in Alternative Funds; experience in private markets is preferable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, build positive working relationships, take responsibility for assigned work, and support peers and the manager.
  • ACCA qualification preferable but not essential.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience analyzing Trial Balance, general ledger entries, and basic management and performance fee calculations.
  • Experience working on funds with closed ended structures.
  • Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements, OMs, and fee agreements.
  • Third level qualification in Finance or Business is desirable.
