Student Attendance & Safeguarding Specialist

K4 Consulting Limited is seeking an Education Welfare Officer to support the delivery of the Advantage Schools Tiered Attendance Strategy. You will provide high-quality attendance casework, safeguarding support, and statutory intervention across multiple schools.

The role requires a proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to safeguarding and improving attendance outcomes for children. Previous experience in education welfare and knowledge of statutory processes is desirable.
