Strategic Learning & Development Specialist

City of Kingston is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support leadership and staff development across the organization. You will identify training needs and design, deliver, and evaluate learning opportunities for new and existing employees.

This role partners with managers to develop programs in leadership, onboarding, performance support, and compliance, and manages learning materials and LMS tools to drive workforce capability.
