About the roleAs an Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the delivery of a positive and professional recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers across our early careers programmes. Working closely with the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process from application through to onboarding, ensuring recruitment activity runs smoothly, accurately and in line with firm policies. Working closely with the early careers talent acquisition team to deliver efficient recruitment administration support across all hiring activities including future talent, for our early careers programmes. Assisting with the co-ordination of ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from application to their first day. Scheduling and confirming interview and assessment day logistics with hiring managers, candidates and the recruitment team. Work closely with all parties to ensure accurate timely information is shared. This includes the set up, supporting on the day (virtual) for assessment centres and dealing with issues as they arise. Updating and maintaining accurate recruitment outcomes and feedback notes on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and tracking spreadsheets to ensure compliance with all internal audit requirements. Responsible for internal administrative processes such as candidate expenses and future talent programme expenses and allocating mentors. Able to request accurate offer paperwork including chasing acceptances with candidates and ensuring the correct outcomes are detailed on our ATS across all vacancies and future talent programmes. Ownership of several email inboxes, responding to queries and delegating responses to other team members where necessary. Working effectively with wider teams in the business, including our HR Shared services team, office concierges, learning and development and wider business services teams. Ensuring all activities and communications are fully aligned with our employer brand guidelines. Ensuring recruitment activities are fair, inclusive and compliant, aligned to the Firm's talent acquisition processes and policies. Support at in-person and virtual events, careers workshops and skills sessions, supported by wider early careers recruitment team, promoting Forvis Mazars as an employer of choice (up to 10% of role). Supporting adhoc projects and talent acquisition initiatives aligned to Firm objectives.
What we are looking for- Previous experience supporting early careers or volume recruitment processes or experience in an administrative role within a corporate or professional services environment would be highly preferred.
- Highly organised, with the ability to plan ahead and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Flexible and resilient, able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities while setting and managing expectations
- Confident in speaking up and suggesting improvements to processes where there is a better way of working
- Collaborative and open minded, with curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning
- Proactive, using initiative to resolve issues and improve outcomes
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases is preferred
