Alliance Medical is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team in Raheen Business Park, Limerick. The HRBP collaborates with the Management Team and people managers to drive capability, employee relations, and L&D initiatives aligned with business goals.

Permanent role with 37.5 hours/week; 3 days in-office, 2 days remote after probation; flexible hours. Strong focus on partnership, learning, engagement, and policy development in a healthcare context.
