Strategic HR Partner - People & Performance (Remote)

Montu UK is scaling quickly and seeking an HR Partner to guide patient experience managers through complex people challenges in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll be hands-on, people-first, and focused on employee relations, performance coaching, and development.

You'll partner with the London and Winnersh offices weekly, shaping employee experience, embedding key people processes, and driving initiatives that support growth while staying compliant with UK employment law.
