Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, 9:00am - 5:30pm. Hybrid working available. 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

• Effectively manage the on site execution, delivery, and successful opening of all assigned implementation projects.
• Coordinate merchandising teams and deliver on site activity for all assigned projects across Superdrug.
• Communicate daily with store, implementation manager, project support manager and key head office departments.
• Review project progress, make decisions and implement plans to deliver best in class project delivery.
• Ensure revenue and cost reporting is delivered to the implementation manager in a timely manner.
• Review on site resource management needs in line with the project scope.
• Deliver the commercial plan as per the project plan.

• Experience in retail merchandising / planogram compliance.
• GCSE or above level educational background.
• Strong planning and organising skills.

• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
