Strategic Head of HR - Hybrid (Industrial & Regulated)

Bouygues Energies & Services is seeking a Senior HR Manager / Head of HR in Bridgwater, UK. You will join the management team to ensure HR strategy and operational excellence for around 150 staff.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on people management across payroll, industrial relations and workforce administration.
