Strategic FMCG Category Lead - Growth & Insights (Hybrid)

Weetabix is seeking a Category Lead to shape and deliver an insight-led category vision across customer accounts and internal teams. This role translates consumer and shopper insights into category strategies that drive sustainable growth for the retailer, the category and the wider business.

You will deliver and activate the category vision, partner with customers to bring strategies to life, and translate insights into actionable plans across fixtures and digital touchpoints.
