Strategic Employee Relations Advisor - Hybrid, Pension

Lloyd Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Employee Relations Advisor for an on-site role in Epsom. You will advise managers and staff on employee relations matters, ensuring policies and employment law are applied fairly and consistently across the business.

The ideal candidate holds CIPD Level 5, has strong knowledge of UK employment law, excellent communication skills, and can manage a varied workload with confidentiality. Hybrid working after probation is available.
