Strategic Client Partner - Clinical Trials SaaS

Merative is seeking an Account Manager to nurture post-sale client relationships across a hybrid work model in Ireland. You will oversee high-priority accounts, coordinate with product and marketing teams, and drive adoption and retention while identifying growth opportunities.

You will bring 5+ years in relationship-building within clinical trials or customer success, plus strong communication skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.
