At Home Bargains, youll find more than just a job, youll find a place to grow.
Customers might come in for one thing and leave with a full trolley, and when they pass through our Garden Centre, that often means a patio set, an olive tree, and big plans for an outdoor makeover.

As a Garden Centre Team Member, youll be right at the heart of it all, watering and caring for plants, creating inspiring displays, helping customers at the tills, replenishing stock, and keeping the space clean and welcoming.

No two days are ever the same, and every task you take on plays a part in creating a space our customers love to visit. Whether it's lending a hand with heavy bags of compost or making sure the roses are looking their best, youll be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and shares a passion for what we do.

Every role is part of something bigger - learning new skills, working as a team, and making a difference every day.
