The Role

As a Customer & Sales Support Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our advisers and ensuring our office processes run efficiently.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where accuracy, communication and teamwork are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing data and processing documentation with accuracy andefficiency
• Quality checking applications to ensure smooth progression
• Liaising with insurers and internal teams to resolve queries
• Handling customer service tasks, including updating records andprocessing policy documentation
• Maintaining spreadsheets and data logs with up-to-date, preciseinformation

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous insurance experience - full training is provided. However, you will need:

• Experience in administration or office support
• Confidence using Outlook, Word, Excel and other office tools
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive, adaptable and team-focused attitude
• The ability to multitask, prioritise and work well under pressure

• £26,228 basic salary
• Full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm)
